Mark Newton newton@purdue.edu Mark Newton is the Digital Collections Librarian at Purdue University and a former research assistant at CIRSS on the Mellon Foundation grant to study institutional repository development. He is the manager of the e-Pubs digital repository at Purdue (http://docs.lib.purdue.edu/), and his research interests include issues pertaining to scholarly publishing, library identities, and access to research.
