Xinrong Lei is a PhD student in Recreation, Sports, and Tourism at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her current research focuses on sports economics.

Xinrong Lei joined the center in August 2006. Her major role has been to perform data analyses (among other data-related tasks) and work collaboratively with the other data specialists. In her spare time, she helps maintain the CIRSS Web site.

She enjoys her work at CIRSS very much and hopes to contribute even more throughout 2007.
