Library Research

A primary focus of the center for many years has involved library surveys and case studies. Our research staff is highly experienced in acquiring and analyzing data concerning library trends and issues. We perform custom surveys for libraries as well as several yearly surveys of North American libraries. Current ongoing projects include the Association of College and Research Libraries Academic Library Trends and Statistics Survey and the Public Library Data Survey Statistical Report. We also have several projects involving library community surveys as well as a recent survey regarding user satisfaction with access to government information and services funded by IMLS.

If you are interested in using CIRSS services for your survey needs, contact us.
